CORPORATE AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Mint is committed to providing equality for all staff and customers. We aim to encourage, value and manage diversity in the workplace and maintain a diverse workforce that's representative of our clients.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) encompasses social, ethical and environmental issues.

Mint’s goal is to do the right thing for our customers, employees, community and environment. Our CSR programme is constantly evolving, developing and improving as we focus on being a responsible business.

Environmental awareness and sustainability

Mint has set up effective systems to assess and improve our impact on the local and global environment. Key impacts would be waste, travel and energy usage and our focus is on these areas. A simple example would be a near paperless office. Mint is aware of our environmental footprint and strive for continuous improvement, taking into account the environmental impact of the resources we use and seeking to minimise our impact.

Our people

We strive to make Mint a great place to work for our people who are at its core. Health and wellbeing are key as is the opportunity for high quality training and development, supporting our people to perform their best, with the provision of accessible learning and development options, promoting internal progression.

Giving back to the community

In our view all businesses have a responsibility to ‘give back’ to the community that they operate in. We therefore get involved as much as we can! Mint supports a few charities, namely a local charity, The Chicken Shed.
