In 2014, Brian and Manjit co-founded Mint Insurance Brokers Limited, combining their respective expertise and teams to provide portfolio solutions for clients. Brian started his insurance career in 1979 at Lloyd’s brokers Stutter & Tallack as a non-marine placing broker. In 1985 he joined CBC UK Limited and served on the main board for nearly 20 years. He specialises in Professional and Management Liability for financial institutions and commercial enterprises worldwide.

Manjit started her career with RSA and moved into Broking in the 1990s, gaining experience working for large and small broking companies. Manjit leads the Corporate and Real Estate division at Mint, with particular focus on working with UK based Clients to develop and provide professional and innovative solutions. Manjit is a networker and enjoys the social side of Broking.

Oliver began his insurance career in 2003 working for a London Market Lloyd’s broker specialising in placing professional indemnity insurance for the legal profession. Since 2006 Oliver has worked within the same dedicated team and played an integral part in developing the business that is Mint today. Oliver has a broad knowledge of general insurance and covers all professions, but his main area of expertise is in servicing the insurance needs of property and legal professionals.

Sarah started her insurance career in 1999. Her wealth of knowledge is reflected in her successfully achieving her ACII and Chartered Insurance Broker status. Sarah controls the vital role of the day to day operations of the finance department at Mint and overseeing divisional financial functions.

Daniel started his insurance career in the Lloyd’s and London market in 2009 at Lloyd’s broker Lockton and joined Mint in 2014. He specialises in Professional and Management Liability accounts of standard classes along with emerging professions. He has successfully achieved his Diploma in Insurance qualification and has the important role of identifying new markets to support along with continuing to maintain existing insurer relations.

Lai has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1998 with experience in office management, accounting, HR, IT, events and company administration. She has a Bsc (Hons) in Applied Economics and is MAAT qualified. Lai joined Mint in 2020 and manages the administrative operations of the company.
